		<description>The first two links seem the best, although the first one is a bit old, but I&#039;d say anything starting in 2000 is still relevent, but the &#039;90s arn&#039;t so much.  It&#039;s in the safe zone there.  Your third link seems too much like a blog for my liking.  It has a lot of information, but I don&#039;t see any sources to back it up.  When clicking on the authors name, I can&#039;t find any information about him, so I have no idea if he has any expertise on the medical field.  The fourth link, as stated in class, comes from a high school teacher, who many considered &quot;not an expert,&quot; though I personally believe that a coach would know a bit about this, especially related to his sport.  The fifth article is too short and too much of an advertisement.</description>
